Greengage DB 6 update and other news

On March 13, we released Greengage DB 6.30.1 with the following key changes:

support for Ubuntu 24.04;
simultaneous support for Python 2 and Python 3;
support for resource groups for parallel data retrieval sessions and their display in pg_stat_activity;
new temp_tables_stat extension for monitoring temporary tables.

We also released the first version of greengage-exporter — the utility for collecting metrics from a Greengage cluster. Additionally, you can find ready-made dashboards for Grafana there.

Separately, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we have replaced the default branch of the greengage project with the version 7.x.
